On-Site Venue Coordinator: You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions, decor options and ideas, or planning needs you may have.

Premium Decor: You can find round guest tables, a head table, cake table and gift table, chiavari chairs, quality Linens Including floor length tablecloths, napkins, and table runners, beautiful charger plates, stemware, and a selection of tasteful table décor. Your On-Site Venue Coordinator will assist you in ensuring your vision comes alive.

Elegant Chairs: Our elegant premium white  and gold chiavari chairs are available for use in your ceremony or reception as needed.

Dance Floor: Our dedicate dance floor means no down time for your guest! The dance floor is ready to start the dance as soon as the DJ begins playing. Enjoy dancing the night away.

Custom Built in Bar: Our custom built in bar is included in every package. With their sophisticated details and sleek finishes, the bar will enhance the elegance of your event without competing with your unique event design (beverages not included.) An additional portable bar onsite to complement your cocktail hour.

Premium Sound System: Built in PA system with wireless microphone is available for your use. The Beaumont can also provide a podium, piano, and DJ equipment.

Two Ceremony Options: Couples choice of  an indoor dedicated ceremony chapel with chiavari chairs, aisle decor, and arch or outdoor ceremony area with bench seating and custom arch. gorgeous panoramic views can be seen from both ceremony choices.
